Is Your United States Attorney a Crook?

November 29, 2018

There is an actual newspaper in Florida that uncovered government corruption in the form of a crooked US Attorney!

I never thought I would see the day when crimes of a US Attorney would be exposed. Is this why Attorney General Jeff Sessions resigned?

Alexander Acosta, now President Donald Trump’s Secretary of Labor, was the U.S. Attorney for Southern Florida when he negotiated an end to the federal investigation of Jeffrey Epstein.

Facing a 53-page federal indictment, Epstein could have ended up in federal prison for the rest of his life.

Epstein had powerful friends including President Trump and former President Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton was a frequent flyer on a registered sex offender’s infamous jet than previously reported, with flight logs showing the former president taking at least 26 trips aboard the “Lolita Express” — even apparently ditching his Secret Service detail for at least five of the flights. Jeffrey Epstein’s Boeing 727 flight logs show trips included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including “Tatiana.” The tricked-out jet earned its Nabakov-inspired nickname because it was reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Nabokov, also known by the pen name Vladimir Sirin, was a Russian-born American novelist, poet, translator and entomologist who wrote the 1955 novel “Lolita” that was ranked fourth in the list of the Modern Library 100 Best Novels.

Visitors to billionaire Epstein’s private Caribbean island, known as “Orgy Island” and “Pedophile Island” have included Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and Stephen Hawking. “Jane Doe No. 3” also alleged that she had been forced to have sex with “numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, a well-known prime minister, and other world leaders.” There are even stories that Hillary Clinton visited the island. Oh the lives of the rich and famous!

But a deal was struck — an extraordinary plea agreement that would conceal the full extent of Epstein’s crimes and the number of people involved. How fortuitous!

Not only would Epstein serve just 13 months in the county jail, but also the deal — called a non-prosecution agreement — essentially shut down an ongoing FBI probe into whether there were more victims and other powerful people who took part in Epstein’s sex crimes, according to a Miami Herald examination of thousands of emails, court documents and FBI records.

The pact required Epstein to plead guilty to two prostitution charges in state court. Epstein and four of his accomplices named in the agreement received immunity from all federal criminal charges. But even more unusual, the deal included wording that granted immunity to “any potential co-conspirators’’ who were also involved in Epstein’s crimes. These accomplices or participants were not identified in the agreement, leaving it open to interpretation whether it possibly referred to other influential people who were having sex with underage girls at Epstein’s various homes or on his plane.

As part of the arrangement, Acosta agreed, despite a federal law to the contrary, that the deal would be kept from the victims. As a result, the non-prosecution agreement was sealed until after it was approved by the judge, thereby averting any chance that the girls — or anyone else — might show up in court and try to derail it.

This is the story of how Epstein, bolstered by unlimited funds and represented by a powerhouse legal team, was able to manipulate the criminal justice system, and how his accusers, still traumatized by their pasts, believe they were betrayed by the very prosecutors who pledged to protect them.

“I don’t think anyone has been told the truth about what Jeffrey Epstein did,’’ said one of Epstein’s victims, Michelle Licata, now 30. “He ruined my life and a lot of girls’ lives. People need to know what he did and why he wasn’t prosecuted so it never happens again.”

Now President Trump’s Secretary of Labor, Acosta, 49, oversees a massive federal agency that provides oversight of the country’s labor laws, including human trafficking. He also has been on a list of possible replacements for former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who resigned earlier this month.

“This was not a ‘he said, she said’ situation. This was 50-something ‘shes’ and one ‘he’ — and the ‘shes’ all basically told the same story,’’ said retired Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter, who supervised the police probe.

“The damage that happened in this case is unconscionable,” said Bradley Edwards, a former state prosecutor who represents some of Epstein’s victims. “How in the world, do you, the U.S. Attorney, engage in a negotiation with a criminal defendant, basically allowing that criminal defendant to write up the agreement?”

As a result, neither the victims — nor even the Judge — would know how many girls Epstein allegedly sexually abused between 2001 and 2005, when his underage sex activities were first uncovered by police. Police referred the case to the FBI a year later, when they began to suspect that their investigation was being undermined by the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office. Yes, the State Attorney was in on it!

Arkansas Govovernor Asa Hutchinson’s nephew was indicted and finally resigned from the Arkansas Senate awaiting trial but the new US Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas is Governor Asa Hutchinson’s former law partner and serves in the Arkansas National Guard under command of the Governor. The Trial of Senator Jeremy Hutchinson was set to begin during the reelection campaign of uncle Governor Asa Hutchinson so the trial date was moved months after the Arkansas General Election. I will eat my hat if Senator Jeremy Hutchinson or any of those close to Governor Hutchinson ever see the inside of a jail cell. My guess is that they will all plead guilty to removing a tag from a mattress or jaywalking and get off like most powerful politicians.

Governor Asa Hutchinson himself served as US Attorney during the period when Western Arkansas was the drug smuggling, money laundering and gun running capital of America.

The young boys killed and placed on the railroad tracks during the height of the drug smuggling were collateral damage and the crime remains unsolved until this very day!

I have very low expectations that the corruption in Arkansas then or now will see the light of day under US Attorney Kees and Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and certainly not under Governor Asa Hutchinson although there is no statute of limitations on the crimes.

Asa Hutchinson was given plum jobs in the Swamp by President George Bush including Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration and Under Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security but Bush would not go so far as to give Asa a Cabinet gig.

On the other hand, Rene Alexander Acosta was appointed by President George W. Bush to the National Labor Relations Board and later served as Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights and federal prosecutor or U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. On February 16, 2017, President Donald Trump nominated Acosta to be United States Secretary of Labor. Acosta is the first and only Hispanic person to serve in Trump’s cabinet to date.

Gene McVay believes this will bring down Secretary Acosta because the Miami Herald did its job but don’t expect anything like this from the John Brummett Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, they’re too busy French kissing Arkansas politicians!

I Do Not Recognize the Country I Fought and Bled for!

November 28, 2018

George Papadopoulos was arrested and carted off to prison by the leader of the United States Gastapo Robert Mueller and his band of Clinton Donors!

Mueller essentially ripped the Constitution from the vault in the National Archives Building and burned it in the middle of the Swamp while the Supreme Court and Congress roasted marshmallows in the fire!

The 31 year old son of Greek immigrants from Thessaloniki was low hanging fruit for the Mueller gang as they burned tens of millions of taxpayer’s dollars to try to destroy our elected President.

The FBI and DOJ can lie to Congress and the American People every day and twice on Sunday but if George Papadopoulous says it’s a nice day and there’s a cloud in the sky, he just committed a felony!

This is as unconstitutional as the 7 to 2 Supreme Court Decision that ruled that Dred Scott was not entitled to his freedom; that African Americans were not and could never be citizens of the United States; and that the Missouri Compromise was unconstitutional.

On that day America began to decay from within but Robert Mueller brought plague to America in the form of his Witch Hunt lynchings.

Young Papadopoulous was not alone in his torment, the Mueller Gastapo raked his family and new wife through the coals as well. Why is Mueller not behind bars?

Simona Mangiante, an Italian lawyer who used to work for the European Parliament, married George who speaks Arabic, English, French and Greek and previously worked on the Ben Carson Campaign.

The depraved lunatics on Mueller’s gang falsely assumed Simona was a Russian Spy even though she is not responsible for giving our uranium to Russia or giving $140 billion hard earned tax dollars to the chief sponsor of Terrorism–Iran. Who is running the Mueller Insane Asylum anyway?

Since Mueller had to have something to show for his endless escapade and since he didn’t think even the corrupt fake news media would be satisfied if he indicted a ham sandwich, Mueller managed to lock Papadopoulos up for 14 days with 12 months of supervised release, 200 hours of community service and a fine of $9,500.

We have not heard the last from George Papadopoulos, “The truth will all be out,” he tweeted, “Not even a prison sentence can stop that momentum. Looking forward to testifying publicly shortly after. The wool isn’t going to be pulled over America’s eyes forever.” And in another: “The support from America has been overwhelming. You have all given me the strength to carry this boulder. Every day the haters get shouted out by the patriots and the people who believe in justice and who love America. FISA declassification will exonerate us all. Keep up the fight!”

Special counsel Robert Mueller and his team, in their attempts to “flip” witnesses and get testimony that could damage President Trump, seem to be finding themselves stymied in that effort. Three of their subjects just aren’t saying what they want to hear.

First, there’s conservative author Jerome Corsi, who said that he’s turning down a deal to plead guilty to perjury. “The American people have got to understand, we have a criminal Department of Justice,” he said on One America News. “And they are taking citizens — I’ve never committed a crime in my life. I’m 72 years old…[I could] die in prison but I will not lie to say that I didn’t tell the truth to the special counsel.” He appeared genuinely shaken.

“They can put me in prison for the rest of my life,” he told CNN. “I am not going to sign a lie.” He said on NBC that he “forgot” to tell Mueller certain things. “They want me to say I willfully lied. I did not willfully lie to the special counsel. I will not lie to save my life. I’d rather sit in prison and rot for as long as these thugs want me to.”

Corsi has maintained that he had no advance information about the leaking –- that he had simply “connected the dots.” But in trying to show “collusion” with Russia, Mueller obviously wants to hear from him that he had advance knowledge of some plot to do this.

The same intimidation tactics are being used on his associate Roger Stone, who denies receiving advance notice of the leaking of Democrats’ emails and hasn’t been charged with anything at this point. He said in a statement to FOX News, “I continue to see that my friend Dr. Jerry Corsi is being harassed by the special counsel, not for lying, but for refusing to lie.” The statement continues: “It is inconceivable to me that in America someone would be prosecuted for refusing to swear to a false narrative pushed on him by the Mueller investigators. If Jerry ever deduced that Mr. Podesta’s emails had been purloined and would be published by WikiLeaks, he did not share that conclusion with me.”

“This has been one of the most frightening experiences of my life,” said Corsi, saying he’s done everything he could to cooperate with Mueller and thought he was “doing a pretty good job” of it, turning over two computers and giving the FBI access to all his email accounts and tweets, but that in the past two months the negotiations had “just blown up.”

Corsi was a commentator for Infowars as was Stone and wrote the anti-Obama book, “The Obama Nation.” If that’s really all he’s guilty of, the special counsel’s treatment of him truly is an abomination.

Then there’s Paul Manfort, who served for several months in 2016 as Trump’s campaign chairman. He was found guilty of eight counts of bank fraud and tax crimes dating from before the Trump campaign and that were totally unrelated to the Trump–Russia investigation. I believe Mueller’s attack dog Andrew Weissmann was one of the prosecutors. Like Corsi, Manafort is an older man for whom a 10-year sentence likely means spending the rest of his life in prison, plus he was anticipating yet another trial in Washington DC on similar charges, so he chose to accept a plea deal that required him to answer wide-ranging questions. Apparently, though, Mueller wasn’t satisfied with his answers; in a court filing he said that Manafort has lied to the FBI and the special counsel’s office on “a variety of matters” since the plea deal earlier this year.

Mueller calls this a breach of the plea deal. But according to the report, Manafort claims he has been truthful and does not agree with the government’s assessment that he has breached the deal.

In a particular chilling line, the report says Mueller’s office would “file a detailed sentencing submission to the Probation Department and the Court in advance of sentencing that sets forth the nature of the defendant’s crimes and lies, including those after signing the plea agreement herein.”

Imagine if that line were written about you –- setting forth the nature of your crimes and lies –- after you had tried to be cooperative. Perhaps Manafort deliberately misled the special counsel, but perhaps he just had poor memory of times and places, contradicted the testimony of someone else, turned out not to offer useful information, chose not to support a false narrative, would’ve had to invent answers, accidentally left something out, had no direct knowledge of things they asked, didn’t want to speculate about others’ motives, misunderstood or got confused or simply insisted that President Trump did nothing wrong!

At any rate, Manafort remains in prison while he awaits sentencing, which is scheduled for February.

It would be impossible for an old retired fighter pilot, Wing Commander and former NSA intelligence analyst like me to uncover all the conflicts the Mueller Gang has but three members of the legal team were known to have been hired early on by Mueller who had overwhelmingly given political donations almost exclusively to Democrats. More than half of the more than $56,000 came from just one lawyer and more than half of that was donated before the 2016 election and two of the lawyers gave the maximum $2,700 donation to Hillary Clinton last year.

The Mueller group includes attorneys who worked on cases ranging from Watergate to the Enron fraud scandal and have represented major American companies in court. One member has given nearly $33,000 to political campaigns over the years including money to Democratic presidential candidates Michael Dukakis, Al Gore, John Kerry, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. In addition, he gave more than $10,000 to help Democrats get elected to the House and another $10,000 on the Senate side, including money to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

The second-largest donor among Mueller’s known team has donated more than $16,000 since 2008, all to Democrats. She maxed out to the Clinton campaign in 2016 and 2015, totaling $5,400. She also gave a total of $7,300 to Obama’s two presidential campaigns. She has already received attention for representing the Clinton Foundation in a racketeering lawsuit brought by a conservative advocacy group, and also represented Clinton herself in a lawsuit seeking access to her private emails.

Mueller also hired Andrew Weissmann to join his team. Weissmann, who led the Enron investigation, previously gave $2,300 to Obama’s first presidential campaign in 2008 and $2,000 to the Democratic National Committee in 2006, the same year Democrats won control of Congress.

There also are no FEC records for Aaron Zebley, who left Mueller’s old law firm, WilmerHale to work on the Russia investigation. Zebley once represented former Hillary Clinton aide Justin Cooper, who helped manage her private email server.

Deputy Solicitor General Michael Dreeben has also joined Mueller’s team. While there is a Michael Dreeben in the FEC database, who is identified as a deputy solicitor with the Justice Department and who gave $1000 to Hillary Clinton’s senate campaign in 2006, a spokesman for Mueller’s team claims that’s not the same person.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and legions of others have suggested that Mueller’s team can’t be impartial because of their past donations. “Republicans are delusional if they think the special counsel is going to be fair,” Gingrich tweeted.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller as special counsel, told senators that he doesn’t see any problems with the political donations from some members of Mueller’s legal team.

The period when the Mueller Gang could pluck anybody off the street and kick down their door and search and threaten their families until they found a mattress with the tag removed, will go down in history as a period of infamy and insanity.

No patriotic American should rest until every last Mueller conspirator is behind bars!

Big Satan and Little Satan

November 20, 2018

■■■ The simple truth is that there are two countries against the whole world. We are called Big and Little Satan. Two countries and God are sufficient.

If you think any of the countries America saved during the last 100 years will come to our rescue you are dreaming.

For the first time the United States opposed the UN General Assembly’s annual call on Israel to return the Golan Heights to Syria even though it has not accepted Israel’s annexation of the strategic area.

“The US position on the status of the Golan has not changed,” a US representative told the UN General Assembly’s Fourth Committee in New York, dousing any thoughts that the US stance reflected a policy change by the Trump administration.

In past years, the US has abstained on this resolution, which has largely been opposed only by Israel.

Prior to the preliminary vote, US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said, “Given the resolution’s anti-Israel bias, as well as the militarization of the Syrian Golan border and a worsening humanitarian crisis, this year the United States has decided to vote no on the resolution.”

Isaiah 17:1 ►

“The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.”

Damascus is only about 30 miles from the Golan Heights! For years I have been reminding Christians in Damascus about Isaiah 17 in English, Arabic and Hebrew.

Damascus is the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world.

Be careful not to get lulled into a false sense of security because we are sitting on a powder keg with millions of enemies within and billions of foreign enemies.

Have a nice day.

A Stern Lecture for Arkansas Government

November 6, 2018

From Chicot County to Benton County and from Clayton (Clay) County to Miller County, some residents are astute enough to understand that there is unprecedented corruption in the Arkansas Executive, Judicial and Legislative Branches of Government.

Already there are Arkansas State Senators in prison and a Judge was bribed to reduce a Jury award by several million dollars. Rumors are that these are only the tip of the iceberg.

There is little mention of these crimes by Governor Asa Hutchinson or Attorney General Leslie Rutledge. Leaders of the Arkansas State Senate panicked and called a news conference to talk about ethics after they had fought ethics and transparency bills sponsored by Senators Bryan King and Linda Collins-Smith and while Governor Asa Hutchinson recruited and funded Primary opponents who defeated the two honest Senators.

Can we all agree that our Arkansas politicians and Judiciary are ethically challenged? Rather than having Gene McVay lecture them, I will reach back to a great man who taught Alexander the Great.

Alexander was pretty successful as he conquered the world and spread the Greek language and culture throughout the known world. The great Prophet Daniel prophesied the event more than one hundred years earlier and the Greek language became the language of the New Testament.

While Alexander was bogged down laying siege to Tyre, the King of Persia sent him a message offering all the land west of the Euphrates River and a king’s ransom in precious medals in exchange for peace. Alexander’s second in command, Parmenion said, “I would accept were I Alexander.” Alexander said, “I would accept were I Parmenion.” You see, Daniel knew what decision Alexander would make before Alexander was born.

I would rather have Alexander’s teacher educating me under a tree than the best Harvard professor in a marble room. Alexander’s teacher was none other than Aristotle.

Aristotle had a lot to say about morals and ethics. The subject of personal morals has been discussed since we were tiny children but what have you heard about political ethics? The banker who stole from customers makes bigger headlines than the politician who stole tax dollars. Journalists love their corrupt politicians!

I think it is much harder to be a good politician because of all the corruption in government and the temptations presented by lobbyists and greedy donors.

For figuring out how to become a good politician, I think you could do a lot worse than to look at Aristotle for guidance. Now, technically, Aristotle didn’t say a whole bunch about being a good politician. However, he basically wrote the book on examining what it means to be a good person.

For the ancient Greeks, being good and virtuous was more than just doing the right thing. The concept of virtue was rolled into that of eudaimonia. The Greek word eudaimonia means literally “the state of having a good indwelling spirit, a good genius”; and “happiness” is not at all an adequate translation of this word. Happiness, indeed, is usually thought of as a state of mind that results from or accompanies some actions. But Aristotle’s answers to the question “What is eudaimonia?” show that for him eudaimonia was not a state of mind consequent on or accompanying certain activities but is a name for these activities themselves. “What is eudaimonia?” is then the same question as “What are the best activities of which man is capable?” which roughly translates to “human flourishing.” According to Aristotle, the pursuit of eudaimonia is something to be sought after in and of itself.

You don’t seek to be virtuous to make more money or to be happier or to impress people — you do it because it’s what a good person looks for in life.

Can you see that when a lobbyist offers a politician $85,000 or $120,000 to funnel tax dollars somewhere, the politician might get excited, exhilarated and ecstatic for a few moments while not even thinking about the pursuit of eudaimonia? Taking care of constituents, preserving the environment, funding infrastructure, removing the government from between you and your doctor and reducing spending and taxes might not even come to mind while counting the cash? Aristotle thought that virtue also required extra steps. For him, virtue came from purposeful actions, good results, and the approval of your descendants.

Before a politician can be called a winner, the politician should act like a winner instead of acting like a mobster.

Virtue isn’t something that happens by accident, so to become a virtuous politician or judge, you have to know what you’re aiming for. This is important for just about any concept of virtue and it’s no different for Aristotle.

Consider this happy accident: Michael gets falling down drunk, falls into his car and drives off into the night. On the way home, he rams into a tree, and emergency services show up with lights flashing. Now, as it turns out, the house three doors down the street is actually on fire, but everyone is sound asleep. When the ambulance and fire trucks roll up, they jump into action and save the sleeping family, all because Michael went on a drunken binge.

Even though Michael’s actions lead to the successful rescue of a family, we would never say that what he did was virtuous. We would never say that because he set out to do something horrible, but accidentally caused some amount of good.

If a politician happens to do some good or make a few people’s lives better, that’s probably a good thing. If politicians really want to be better they’ve got to have a plan. A plan to make Arkansas better, more competitive and moving up the ladder from last in healthcare, GDP growth, labor force participation and median family income for example. Sadly, they have no plan, no vision and no clue!

Having a plan is one thing; acting on the plan is an entirely different thing. Aristotle placed less weight on outcomes than on intentions. Part of the reason for this is that outcomes often rely on situations outside of your control. The best laid plans can go awry and achieve exactly the opposite of what they intended.

One of the most important parts of Aristotle’s ethics is that it doesn’t prescribe actions for specific situations. While philosophers like Kant want to generate universal rules to govern action, Aristotle thinks that virtue is just living a life where all the actions you take are dictated by the demands of reason. Since existing as a rational being is the fundamental part of being human, being a good human must then be existing as a being who is focused on being a rational being.

So how do your politicians and judges manage virtue? Do they talk about what it means to be virtuous, do they make the plans needed to take action, and do they think through the results in light of the circumstances?

There’s a lot to be said about Aristotle’s work on ethics, and this is just scratching the surface. Of course, a lot of what he said is a bit harsher than what I’ve laid out here – his list of unlucky hurdles to virtue includes being ugly, for instance – but it’s all thought-provoking.

Let me know in the comments if you see virtue and eudaimonia in Arkansas government or if you see the Arkansas marble Capitol Building as a money exchange.

Who Turned Desperate Refugees away from American Shores?

November 1, 2018

Can America overcome our dreadful lack of knowledge of history? “Those who don’t know history are doomed to repeat it.” This famous quote by Edmund Burke should be motivation enough to learn all the history we can.

My story today is about the time the Democrat administration in the United States slammed the door on desperate refugees seeking asylum in America.

I will begin with what was happening under our noses in Germany beginning nine years before Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.

Adolf Hitler was appointed Chancellor of Germany in January 1933 when there was a Jewish population of 566,000. The next month, 40,000 men were sworn in as auxiliary police and the Nazis burned the Reichstag building to create a crisis atmosphere. The next day Emergency powers were granted to Hitler as a result of the Reichstag fire.

The next month the Nazis opened Dachau concentration camp near Munich, to be followed by Buchenwald near Weimar in central Germany, Sachsenhausen near Berlin in northern Germany, and Ravensbrück for women.

The following month on March 24, 1933, the German Parliament passed the Enabling Act that gave Adolf Hitler dictatorial powers. That same month, Franklin D. Roosevelt became the 32nd President of the United States.

The following month on April Fool’s Day, the Nazis staged a boycott of Jewish shops and businesses. Ten days later the Nazis issued a Decree defining a non-Aryan as “anyone descended from non-Aryan, especially Jewish, parents or grandparents. One parent or grandparent classifies the descendant as non-Aryan…especially if one parent or grandparent was of the Jewish faith.”

Before the end of April, the Gestapo was created by Hermann Göring in the German state of Prussia.

During the next few months there was book burning in Berlin and throughout Germany. The Nazi Party was declared the only legal party in Germany; Nazis passed Laws to strip Jewish immigrants from Poland of their German citizenship. Nazis passed a law allowing forced sterilization of those found by a Hereditary Health Court to have genetic defects. Nazis prohibited Jews from owning land or being newspaper editors.

The Nazis passed a Law against Habitual and Dangerous Criminals, which allowed beggars, homeless, alcoholics and the unemployed to be sent to concentration camps.

On August 2, 1934, German President von Hindenburg died and Adolf. Hitler became Führer. That same month, Hitler received 90 percent approval from German voters.

During the next five years persecution of Jews in Germany and conquered countries grew progressively worse including the confiscation of all gold and silver owned by Jews.

During May, 1939, the St. Louis ship crowded with 939 Jewish refugees was turned away by Cuba, the United States and other countries. These 939 Jews were not just seeking a better life and were not being paid to overwhelm the United States immigration system, they were trying to survive.

Although the St. Louis sailed in US waters off the Florida coast, the US government did not allow the passengers to land since they did not have US immigration visas and had not passed a security screening. American newspapers publicized the saga and many Americans sympathized with the passengers. Sailing so close to Florida that they could see the lights of Miami, some passengers on the St. Louis cabled President Franklin D. Roosevelt asking for refuge. Roosevelt never responded. The State Department and the White House had decided not to take extraordinary measures to permit the refugees to enter the United States. A State Department telegram sent to a passenger stated that the passengers must “await their turns on the waiting list and qualify for and obtain immigration visas before they may be admissible into the United States.”

Nobody in the United States would ever dream of giving United States Citizenship to any baby born on the St. Louis while the ship was in U.S. waters. That anchor baby idea came along much later.  Paul Ryan, Karl Rove and Judge Napolitano were not around to declare that the 14th Amendment was not written to protect victims of slavery but was written to give citizenship to anybody who can fly, crawl, run or crash into United States soil and give birth. The idea that a shipload of expecting mothers could run aground on Key Largo and give birth to a thousand babies who would immediately become citizens would have been considered preposterous 80 years ago.

In 1939, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives were controlled by members ot the Democrat Party. Sam Rayburn of Texas was Majority Leader of the House. Can you believe Rayburn represented the Texas 4th congressional district from 1913 to 1961? From before World War One until I graduated from high school some 48 years. Alben Barkley of Kentucky had replaced Joseph T. Robinson of Arkansas as Majority Leader of the Senate. Robinson unexpectedly died in office.

Can you imagine how scared and heartbroken the Jewish refugees were during the return trip to Europe? Great Britain, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands each admitted a percentage of the passengers upon their return. Of the refugees who made the voyage seeking asylum, 254 were killed in the Holocaust.

On April 12, 1945, General Eisenhower visited Ohrdruf-Nord, a subcamp of Buchenwald, and described what he saw as “beyond the American mind to comprehend.”

He continued to press forward, anxious to bear personal witness to what had occurred. He ordered every soldier not at the immediate front to tour the camps in order for them to observe first-hand the evil and the cruelty inflicted on the Jews and other innocent prisoners.

Eisenhower also arranged for various other influential Americans and elected officials to see the evidence of the camps for themselves, as he anticipated a time when some might try to refute the scale of the Holocaust. He wanted to ensure that the world would never forget what had happened.

Dwight D. Eisenhower represents a leader who took a stand by ensuring that his soldiers and other important international leaders witnessed the atrocities of the Holocaust. Eisenhower was concerned that in the future, the atrocities of the Holocaust would be called “propaganda.” He wanted to make sure that the world never forget what had happened and therefore took measures to ensure that atrocities were documented.

For two terms from 1953 to 1961, Republican Dwight Eisenhower served as the 34th President of the United States. Ike defeated Democratic candidate Adlai Stevenson II in a landslide, with an electoral margin of 442 to 89, marking the first Republican return to the White House in 20 years. In the election he also brought with him a Republican majority in the House and in the Senate. Eisenhower did not win Arkansas during either election.

I can’t give you a PhD in History in 1,200 words but hopefully you will share this information with your friends, family and especially your children and grand children. Surely you know that there is no chance the NEA will allow facts to be taught in public schools.

From my Bible studies, It appears there will be a one world government and one world religion described in Revelation 17. The false religion will dominate all the “peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues” of the Earth.

I know many things must come to pass but Gene McVay is not going to play dead in the meantime. God bless America.
