ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE HURTING LEGAL ALIENS

Each year thousands of Mexican Citizens go through the arduous task of obtaining H-2A Agricultural Work Visas to travel to specific farms in America. Many of these workers own farms in Mexico and depend on temporary jobs in the U.S. to supplement their incomes. Many return to the same U.S. farms year after year where they know what to expect and where they know who they will be working for.

Farmers have to jump through enormous hoops in order to secure workers year after year. The number of U.S. citizens who are willing to work on farms has dropped to almost zero. The American Welfare System rewards able bodied citizens for laying around watching TV all day. If they work or even if workers accept a promotion, it can cost them dearly in lost Welfare Benefits.

Typically, 60,000 or fewer Legal H-2A workers make the trek to the U.S. each year and the numbers seem to be dwindling during the Obama Administration. Clearly, the Obama Administration makes it more difficult for Legal Workers and much easier for Illegal Workers. If there is any problem at all with the H-2A process, the United States Department of State will deny Visas to all the workers destined for a farm. The Government will not allow the workers to work while they investigate the problem and then levy fines or take appropriate action, the iron fist of the United States Government hurts both the Farmer and the Legal Workers.

Contrast that with the Illegal Workers who are welcomed at the border with open arms and not held accountable at all. They have no problem finding work with the right farms, the farms that readily hire illegal aliens. Farms that are not owned by Republicans. Make no mistake, just like the IRS, NSA, BLM, EPA and the rest, the State Department is used as a weapon against conservatives.

To qualify for H-2A nonimmigrant classification, the U.S. farmer must:

Offer a job that is of a temporary or seasonal nature.
Demonstrate that there are not sufficient U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work.
Show that the employment of H-2A workers will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similarly employed U.S. workers.
Generally, submit with the H-2A petition, a single valid temporary labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor.

To hire Illegal Aliens, a U.S. farmer, drug dealer, pimp, roofer, painting contractor or Construction Company has NO REQUIREMENTS, NO PAPERWORK AND NO MINIMUM WAGE TO WORRY ABOUT. Thank you President Obama and Open Borders Republicans and Democrats!

The people who ignore the Constitution and U.S. laws have a great advantage over law abiding citizens and employers. It seems more and more inside of government and outside are taking the path of least resistance. The fly in the ointment is that the government selectively enforces the law and could throw the book at any company, farm or business anytime they want. Guilty or not makes no difference, nobody can stay afloat after a full scale government assault except the Cattle Rancher, Cliven Bundy whose neighbors took up arms and routed the Bureau of Land Management.

The IRS is the Obama Administration’s Weapon of Mass destruction. Nobody in the world understands the tons of IRS Regulations, not the IRS, not Congress, not the Supreme Court, not even Professor Jonathon Gruber. If the President and Congress were required to fill out their own Income Tax Returns or face prison time, the system would be changed overnight.

So, the United States is in a pickle if we expect to continue to eat anything grown in America. I see the extraordinary Mexican migration that delivered millions of illegal aliens to the United States over the past 30 years sputtering to a trickle as economic conditions worsen in the U.S. and improve in Mexico.

A growing body of evidence suggests that a mix of developments — expanding economic and educational opportunities, rising border crime and shrinking families — are suppressing illegal traffic as much as economic slowdowns or immigrant crackdowns in the United States. Right now, 70% of GM cars sold in the U.S. are manufactured overseas. Some of the most productive factories with the best quality control are in Mexico whether they manufacture cars, TVs, computers or Smartphone’s.

I have predicted for several years that U.S. citizens will be crossing the Rio Grande looking for work pretty soon. Mexico is only responsible for 6 out of 10 illegal aliens now and declining. The problem is that the border only opens one way.

Unbridled Lawlessness in America

If you discovered unbridled lawlessness and unconstitutional activity within a government agency, what would you do? Every government employee and member of the Armed Forces knows what will happen to them if they blow the whistle. Only the most courageous patriots who love America more than themselves will ever dare. If you blow the whistle on an agency, with a corrupt Agency Director, his or her Inspector General will inspect the allegations. The IG works for the Agency Director. Even if the Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FW&A) involves a low ranking individual and is substantiated by the IG, your career is over, O-V-E-R, done, finished! YOU will be investigated, harassed, isolated and totally destroyed. That’s why waste in the government is LEGENDARY!

If your allegations point to a high ranking individual or the Agency itself, they will NEVER be substantiated! Yes, the IG system cannot work and is itself FW&A. Only the Government Accountability Office (GAO) can be depended on the get the truth. The GAO works for Congress.

Unless you get your news from Good Morning America, Today, CNN or MSNBC, you realize that most of the Cabinet Members and Agency Directors are corrupt. The Attorney General sets in Criminal and Civil Contempt of Congress while the National Director of Intelligence and the Director of NSA have both lied to Congress.

Inexplicably many Americans actually think spying on them makes them safer, can you explain that to me? A fifth grader can read and understand the Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

NSA stand for “No Such Amendment?” For the first time in American History all three branches of government are complicit in violating the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution.

NSA is suppose to focus on foreign intelligence but I believe they have become obsessed with learning what size underwear you have on, what inside information CEO’s know, what horse will win the 5th race at Belmont, how Judges will rule in specific cases or where the next shopping center will be built? NSA has a dismal record when it comes to stopping the Boston Bombing, the USS Cole attack, the Khobar Towers bombing, the Benghazi Attack, 911, the Time Square Bombing and countless other catastrophes that cost countless American Lives. They spied on our allies instead of spying on our enemies. Maybe if they had put some effort into finding Osama bin Laden 12 years ago the war in Afghanistan would never have happened?

It has been estimated that there are at least 20,000 illegal aliens from terrorist countries in the United States. Where are they, what are they up to and when will they do their reprehensible mission? Suitcase Nukes and thousands of surface to air missiles cannot be accounted for. Where are they, who has them and what will they do with them? They could all be in the United States because our 92,000 miles of shoreline and our borders are porous.

So what is the focus of the once mighty United States? Silencing Edward Snowden! Even usually rational citizens have lost sight of the crooks and focused on the messenger. Nobody at NSA or IRS has been arrested. Witnesses to the Benghazi attack have been threatened. The Doctor who found bin Laden has now been charged with murder while America refuses to lift a finger to help him. Are there any Americans left with enough discernment to tell the difference between the good guys and the bad guys?

While you have been obsessed with Snowden and Duck Dynasty, your government spent $98,670.00 on an outhouse in Alaska, a million to heat the pavement at a bus stop, a $10,000 grant for a Pole Dancing Performance, $5,400,000.00 for booze and crystal for the State Department, $82,000 to monitor depression on Twitter and $562,000 for artwork for offices. Oh, did I mention the 1.5 million square foot billion dollar NSA Building in Utah?

Drastic Action Required to Save OUR Nation!

My 34 years of military and government service taught me about the IG system. It don’t work! The IRS IG did nothing about 15 years of illegal refunds to illegal aliens at the same address!

IG’s work for the agencies, departments, brigades, wings and instillations and typically try to keep the agency’s from being embarrassed about mismanagement, fraud, waste and abuse.

Every government worker and military member knows that reporting FW&A is the career ending kiss of death. The whistleblowers get investigated, hounded and discredited. They become the focus just like Snowden.

There is an investigative organization with an outstanding unblemished record, the United States Government Accountability Office or GAO. They call a shovel a “shovel” and know what “is” means. I absolutely trust GAO Audits.

The GAO operates under Congress and can’t be fired by a rogue agency chief or cabinet member.

Clearly OUR government has become a loose cannon. OUR Tax money is being wasted. OUR security has been compromised. Federal workers have become abusive. OUR intelligence agencies have become ineffective. OUR military has become weakened. OUR welfare system is a black hole. OUR country is beyond broke with National Debt and Unfunded Requirements amounting to over $500,000 per family. That’s right, it would take over half a million dollars per family to get the United States out of debt. Even drunken sailors stop spending when they’re broke.

Here is what I am asking for: The most comprehensive audit in the history of the world. It should be led by the GAO and augmented with investigators from each of the 50 states.

Up until now we have been giving aspirins to OUR critically ill patient when radical surgery was indicated. Drastic situations require drastic actions. Are you with me?

THE DIRTY GOVERNMENT SECRET

Probably 90% of federal employees are union. 98% of union contributions go to who? That’s right, DEMOCRATS, can you trust them?

Agencies like NSA & IRS keep hiring. NSA occupies a building the size of the Pentagon and also has unionized employees all over the world. The more make-work projects you have the more unionized employees you need.

As private sector union workers have dropped precipitously, public sector union workers have more than taken up the slack.

Taxpayers have no choice other than to support the government unions that work against their best interests by electing people like Barack Obama, Elijah Cummings, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Anthony Weiner, Chuck Schumer, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Kirsten Gillibrand, Jeff Merkley, Dick Durbin, Sherrod Brown, Tom Harkin, Barbara Mikulski, Tom Udall, Ben Cardin, Yvette Clarke, William Lacy Clay, John Conyers, Danny Davis, Donna Edwards, Mike Honda, Barbara Lee, John Lewis, Jim McGovern, John Olver, Bobby Rush, Linda Sanchez, Pete Stark, Lynn Woolsey, Claire McCaskill, are you getting the picture?

You are more likely to run into an illegal alien from Yemen or Somalia in DC and Maryland than a Conservative. So who are these NSA and IRS workers? Mostly Democrats, of course. Who runs Human Resources and does the hiring? Democrats of course. Who plays loose with the Constitution and fends off Conservative Non-Profit Political Organizations? Who spies on Law Abiding Citizens? Who mans the United States Department of State? Who are the bean counters in the Pentagon and Department of Homeland Security?

When Democrats see a new Federal Program that involves hiring more Federal Employees they see Dollar Signs. The odds that any Government Union will donate to any Republican are less than the odds the Union Hall Lectern will be struck by lightning.
The so-called Collective Bargaining you find in Government Unions is one Democrat Government Employee negotiating with another Democrat Government Employee. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. It’s a win win situation. Who loses? THE TAXPAYERS!

What President Obama and Senator Reid Won’t Tell you About Taxes

The lack of understanding of taxes in the U.S. is unbelievable. OK, I’ll take some time to educate you. Romney, Obama, Einstein and Stephen Hawking are not smart enough to figure out their own taxes. Nobody is, not even the IRS. The Internal Revenue Code and regulations add up to one million words, that’s seven times the length of the Bible. You could take the ten smartest IRS agents and have them figure a company’s tax and they’d get ten different figures.

So, accounting firms use Turbo Tax Professional Software to figure most returns and Tax Attorneys for the more difficult. Lets say you bought 100 head of cattle for $100,000 and they all died in a flood. The next year you would have at least a $100,000 loss and probably not owe any taxes. If you were running for public office your opponent would call you a skunk and say you paid no taxes. Both of those things might be true. I know a lot of people and I don’t know anybody who intentionally tries to pay more taxes than they owe. I know some very generous people but they think they can donate their money to more worthwhile organizations than the government. Organizations that don’t pay their leaders a million dollars a year or spend money on $26 a gallon biofuel.

Obama would have you believe there is something sinister about a company that pays no taxes except his darling company, General Electric. GE’s media holdings include television networks NBC and Telemundo, 27 television stations in the United States and many cable TV networks, including the History Channel, A&E, CNBC, MSNBC and Sci Fi Channel. It also owns the popular web-based TV website Hulu.

Last year GE Filed a 57,000-Page Tax Return and Paid No Taxes on $14 Billion in Profits. Harry Reid and Barack Obama probably never told you that? I doubt very seriously if GE broke any laws. They are the sixth largest firm in the U.S. and make everything from Locomotives to Jet Aircraft Engines. They buy and sell companies like you might buy and sell stock. When they take a loss it is deducted from their taxes. Whether you are a cattleman or the largest company in the world, a lot of what you do is based on the tax consequences.

Because taxes are so complicated, the Democrats can pick and chose information to propagandize for their own gain. If you have any savings invested in mutual funds, you more than likely own foreign investments. Political opponents can pick apart your tax returns, how much you paid in a given year, what charities you support, how little you donate to charity, the list is endless. Are you willing to be fat dumb and happy or will you work to become informed?
